Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between Founding and Standard?

The Founding tier is a one-time launch offer for the first 1000 members. You get the full library at $4.99/month — and we never raise that price for you, even when the standard rate goes up. After 1000 founding spots are taken, only the Standard tier remains.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your account page in two clicks. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

What happens after the 7-day trial?

You'll be charged the plan you chose. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged at all.

What's the refund policy?

14-day no-questions refund on any paid plan. Email us within 14 days of being charged and we'll refund you in full — no forms, no questions.

Do you offer school / district licenses?

Yes. Get in touch with how many teachers and we'll send a custom quote with annual invoicing.

Will the price ever go up?

Standard pricing may rise as we add features. Founding members are price-locked for life — that's the deal. Free tier stays free.

Are these aligned to my country's curriculum?

Content is aligned to major elementary curricula (US Common Core, UK National Curriculum, Australian Curriculum). Set your country in the footer to see grade labels for your region.
