What you'll need
- Pine cones (various sizes)
- Acorns, conkers, shells
- Googly eyes
- PVA glue
- Felt scraps or wool for details
- Optional: pipe cleaners for legs, wings
How to do it
- Collect pine cones, acorns, conkers, and other natural materials outdoors.
- Decide what creature each natural object suggests — a pine cone hedgehog, an acorn mouse, a shell snail.
- Glue googly eyes onto the main body.
- Add pipe cleaner legs if needed (twist around the object).
- Add wool for hair, felt for ears or wings.
- Leave to dry on a flat surface.
